Mandonna Gets My Respect...For The Night

Mandonna came out at the beginning of the VMA Awards for a special presentation in honor of Michael Jackson. Her speech was well written and great way for people to understand why Michael acted as he did. And on point in her speech was so true that it hurt. She stated that we "ALL" turned our backs on him and we didn't realize how truely special he was until he died, and we "ALL" lost him.

It was a nice tribute.

Did I Mention My Favorite Celeb Site is the Superficial?

I love, love, love the Superficial. It's got to be the best celeb site out there. TMZ and Perez are crap compared to the Superficial. It's just hilarious commentary after the other, life this for instance.

- Kelly Osbourne wants kids to stay off tattoos. Hey, doesn't she know educating kids is for commies? Oh, wait, that only counts if you're a black president. My bad.

Now that is so true in so many ways. I wish I could write witty stuff like that. I just write hateful driven rants. I probably need to see a psychiatrist about that...I think I'm bi-polar or something worse!

LEDGERS JOKER WILL BE WHAT HE IS REMEMBERED FOR

Heath Ledger will be forever remembered for playing the Joker in the Dark Knight, his final and best acting he's ever done in a movie. Just like Brandon Lee in the crow they will be remember for playing morbid and dark characters. The ones that intrigue the audience the most. Ledger has won a few awards now for his role as the Joker and rightfully so. At the Oscar his win as best supporting actor brought the place to tears. He was a rare talent that will be missed. But that's okay right? We have the likes of Paris Hilton and others like her to fill in his place in the Hollywood acting scene. Life sucks huh?

SEASON 3 OF ABDC BEAT FREAKS BETTER WIN IT ALL!

If these all girls group doesn't win this season of ABDC than I'm saying the show is totally rigged. I mean ALL of these girls are REAL professional dancers/choreographers. Their credentials are miles long. They've danced for Gwen Stefani, Missy Elliot, Madonna, Britney Spears, Janet Jackson, Justin Timberlake...etc. Rino the Asian girl of the group is part of Gwen Stefani's Harajuku girls. She's MUSIC in the Harajuku perfume line. Teresa Espinoza is like Janet Jackson's girl. I mean come on. You don't dance for the performers on this list unless you're a great dancer.

The B-Girls break dance like guys. In fact are better than a lot of B-Boy breakers. Lady Jules can easily match Kid Rainen's forever headspin in the first season of ABDC. Most likely she will bust it sometime this season. Beat Freaks are by far the best crew on this season. Quest is the other group, but it doesn't really seem fair because three of the members have appeared on the first 3 seasons of the dance show So You Think You Can Dance. So they already come in with a fan base, while their girls aren't known to well by the mainstream audience. But I still will bet the farm on them. My friend who's a pro dancer and knows the girls personally swears on them. So I'm taking his word for it. So far they haven't disappointed. Their routines are so clean and so on point. And they have yet to show their full potential.

MTV SUPER SWEET 16: SPINDERELLA'S DAUGHTER CHRISTY

For the most part I hate these My Super Sweet 16 crap. Because it's full of spoiled brats that don't deserve a $250k party to celebrate their birthday. That's a load of crap. BUT the episode with Salt-N-Pepa Djay Spinderella's daughter was a good one. Christy is her name. She's was very different from the rest of the stuck up spoiled bitches on the show. She was very humble and not outragously demanding like the rest. That's probably a testament to the way she was raised by her mother.

The whole theme to her party was 80's. And she didn't have it at some lavish club poppin place. She had it at an indoor skatepark. Skaters where going around bustin moves while people watched and danced off to the side. It was a fun venue.

And check this...she didn't demand for an overpriced undeserved luxury vehicle for her first car. She asked for a covertable VW Bug. The only thing she demanded was that it be that lime green color. That's it. She said it was her dream car. I was like thas how you act. Not trippin cause you want a Lambo or Benz. Just humble to get a car. Not asking for the world. Just what you need. That's a kid that deserves the best the world has to offer.

I give my hat off to Christy for being great humble person. And big ups to her moms the lengendary Spinderella for raising such a great girl.

HETH LEDGER'S CO-STARS SHOW A KINDNESS RARELY SEEN IN HOLLYWOOD

Everyone by now has heard hundreds of stories from co-stars, friends, family and strangers of how kind hearted of a person Heth Ledger was. How that he would help out anyone in need or how he treated everyone equally, never looking down on others less fortunate. That was the type of person he was, many recalled of the late actor.

I'm sure everyone has also heard about how Ledger never got a chance to update his will to include his daughter Matilda. And how Michelle [Ledger's Ex] is fighting with his family for Matilda's share. In a surprising act rarely shown by actors, three of his co-stars [Johnny Depp, Colin Farrell, and Jude Law] from the last movie Ledger was working on "The Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus" have each decided to give Ledger's daughter Matilda their entire combined earnings from the film. Now being a big Johnny Depp fan, it's common knowledge that he is as kind hearted of a person Ledger was. So it comes at no surprise for him to do such a kind thing, but Colin Farrell and Jude Law, that's very kind of them both. I take back anything I've said about them in the past. For the remainder of the year any ways.

The three were reportedly concerned about the future of Ledger's daughter. So that's when they decided to donate their pay from the film to Matlida.

Okay I know I know Matilda isn't going to be poor by any means because her mom is a working actress. But it's just a kind act to repay to an actor that was so kind and caring to everyone he came across. It's a good example of "pay if forward" and it's just a nice story to hear come out of Hollywood, you know. In a city filled with self absorbed greedy sharks, it's nice to see the genuine kind hearted ones have their moment.

Ledger is no doubt smiling that some of his fellow actors are looking out for his daughter when his own family doesn't seem to want to do the same.

BERNIE MAC RIP: THE WORLD JUST GOT A LITTLE LESS FUNNY

One of the King of Comedies has died at the age of 50 due to complications to pneumonia in a Chicago hospital Saturday morning. It truly is a sad day for comedy. Here is a fans tribute to the Mac Daddy...

NOW THIS GROUP MAKES ME PROUD TO BE FLIP

This is definitely not a group that bytes the Jabbawockeez the Jabbawockeez actually took one of their moves. You remember the human motorcycle? The Philippine All Stars did it acouple of years back. That Transforming into a human robot that the Boogie Bots did in one of their performances this season...Philippine All Stars did it first acouple of years prior. The Philippine All Stars have all my respect. They r an example of what the other crews in the P.I. need to do, be creative on their own. Make their own impression on the dance world and not use another crew creativity to gain fame.

TIGER WOODS STILL A COOL KAT

You'd think all his popularity and his $150 mil in endorsement deals it would all go to his head...even just a little bit. But I'm happy (for once) to say that none of it has gone to his head. He doesn't think he's above any one because of his fame and money.

My uncle worked the recent US Open in Torrey Pines, laying out fiber optic cables and ensuring video feeds to his companies hand held TV devices that they were promoting at the event. So during set ups he and the guys ran into a bunch of the players and even to their surprise they found Tiger Woods to be the most down to earth, loose pro there. He said Tiger didn't hesitate to say "hi" to my uncle and his crew asked how they were. He even asked if his (Tiger's) car was in their way and if they wanted him to move it. They kindly asked if he could. Tiger again without a hesitation moved his car, then thanked the guys and said good bye. They wished him good luck in return.

Most of the other players seemed to be to focused or in a hurry to be somewhere else than to greet people. San Diego native Phil Mickelson seemed to be that kinda guy that weekend. The guys said I to him, he acknowledged them but didn't even bother to look their way or pause. Seems he was in a rush to be somewhere.

It's nice to hear stories like Tiger's, where the fame and money hasn't inflated his head, like some others like Kanye West. So let's just hope it stays that way or else I'm going to have to start hating on Tiger like I do on Kanye.

THE GREAT GEORGE CARLIN DIES AT 71

Today is a sad day for comedy. One of the greatest comedians succumbs to heart failure and dies at the age of 71. Carlin is best known for his comic routine ''Seven Words You Can Never Say on Television''.

He was a comedic pioneer that loved to skate on thin ice with censorship.

He appeared in such moves as Dogma, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventures, Jersey Girl, and Scary Movie 3.

His comedy and screen presence will be greatly missed.

Here is a clip from his most famous comedic routine "Seven Words You Can Never Say On Television."

TIGER WOODS WILL GO DOWN AS THE GREATEST GOLFER EVER

It's true his destiny will be the best golfer there ever was. Jack Nicklaus is regarded as the greatest golfer of all time...for right now. But when Tiger Woods is done, he'll go down as the best and greatest golfer of all time. Nicklaus will have nothing on Tiger, when he's done. And here's the catch...he's not white!

A predominately white sport Tiger has crushed all that by being the most well known multi-racial golfer of this generation.

I've watched Tiger since he turned pro at the age of 21 in 1996. He's dominated the golf industry ever since. He's been consistent throughout his career minus a year where he kinda hit a slump. He is one of the richest sports athlete thanks to his endorsement deals. He roughly averages about $23 mil a year playing golf (and that's not the PGA paying him, that's him winning tournaments after tournaments) and he makes over $150 mil off endorsement deals. Sports digest has him becoming the first billionaire athlete by 2010. And I don't doubt that will happen.

Just watching his tournaments on television you see how amazing he is. I can't imagine what is like to be in his presence watching him do his thing. In fact I just watched the highlights of day three of the 2008 U.S. Open and Tiger is just phenomenal. That's the best word to describe him. I mean a 66 ft put on the 13th hole on a downhill slope that broke to the left and he got it dead on center for an Eagle? Come on that's phenomenal. Or what about on 17 in the rough and chips it in for a birdie? Or on 18 a 35 ft put on a slight down slope and a huge break to the right? Gets it dead center again for an eagle. Oh and all this on a tweaked knee that shrieks in pain after each opening drive at the tee? Phenomenal!

All I have to say is that his father taught him well. I've heard of all the things his dad did to ready him for the pros. The countless hours of tedious practices, the numerous exercises to kill the butterflies that being nervous brings out. Would all sound like some form of child abuse now, but look what it did, it made him the best golfer the world will ever know. I really don't believe he gets nervous, he's so focused out on the course that I don't think he ever worries. He's a robot out there. I can't wait to see how his career pans out. I hope he remains keeping his head straight and not trip and do something to taint his image and career. In other words, don't bust a Kobe or O.J.

LOOK FOR FORMALITY ON THE NEXT ABDC

This is one crew to look for in the next installment of ABDC. Their name is FORMALity. These guys are one of the best crews in California. Look for them. Also look for crews such as Creo Cookies and The Company.

JABBAWOCKEEZ REPPING @ LAKERS HALFTIME SHOW

Telling you these guys are living every moment of their new fame. I'd do the same. This was one of the West Finals games against the Spurs. With the Lakers in the Finals there's no doubt that they will be back performing at one of the home games against the Celtics. A product of SD.

AMERICA'S BEST DANCE CREW 2 COMMERCIAL

Honestly I have no idea how another crew is going to top the Jabbawockeez originality (with the masks) and their flawless performances. These next crews have to bring it, cause if they don't than they might as well just go home.

JABBAWOCKEEZ ON MTV MOVIE AWARDS

The boyz from SD are representing everywhere. Their new found fame has gotten them gigs all over the nation. And what better place to make an appearance than an MTV event. In this case the Movie Awards. Though they didn't have a performance slot, they literally dropped in on the PCD's performance. Check it...

SALMA HAYEK: HOT NO MATTER WHAT

The oh so gorgeous voluptuous Salma Hayek is a stunner on TV or film, thanks to not movie magic, but make-up magic. As you can see the left image catches a rare glimpse of Hayek, without all the Hollywood make-up. She looks normal Mexicana. But with all the make-up she looks more South American.

She's still beautiful either way. And look at those twins of hers. Those will always look good with or without make-up. Salma Hayek is and will always be in the top 5 hottest actresses of all time on HAiDERS list.

THE TWO GREATEST BLACK MEN TO EVER LIVE

This is just an astonishing image of the two greatest black men in the history of America. It's just breathe taking is it not? I mean that is the great King himself on the left, Mr. Martin Luther King and the most influential black man of all time to the right, Malcom X.

Both so influential and so passionate about their beliefs. They were destined to change the world, but instead the two shared the same fate...assassination.

King is believed to have been killed by the Government we live under, just years after the same Government had JFK assassinated. X was killed by his own people. The very people he fought for, the Nation of Islam.

Imagine what the world would be like today if these two were still alive. America would most certainly be a very different place. Two great leaders would have shaped America into a nation of diversity. Instead we've got to simpletons by the names of Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton speaking on behave of the black people. Two knuckle heads that, when given the chance throw the race card out. What a shame isn't it?

Alas the greed of our "Great Nation" has robbed us of great people, difference makers. JFK, MLK, X, who's next? Makes me wonder if the bad guys have been winning this whole time.

AMERICA'S BEST DANCE CREW IS? JABBAWOCKEEZ OF COURSE

Was there ever a doubt in our minds that Jabbawockeez deserved to win? No. But in this often Black/White America that we live in, it wouldn't be a surprise if SQ pulled it off.

Who knew such a simple idea of wearing plain white full faced plastic mardi gras (of all things) masks would give a good dance crew a unique persona that would set them apart from the rest of the many dance crews out there. The member that came up with that bright idea should get a little more than his split share of the $100k prize money.

There are a few groups out there (like Nonstop or Creo Cookie) that are little better than the Jabba's but only by a hair. The Jabbawockeez are definitely one of the top groups out there. But again the character they unintentionally created by wearing masks make them a favorite.

Now that the masked men have come to mainstream light. Let's see just how many Byters come out to play. But like the Jabbawockeez motto goes, "Byters will be eaten!"

IDOL JUDGE SIMON COWELL DOES HAVE A HEART

Simon is the type you'd love to hate. Hmm I guess we have something in common. But this is the most generous thing that you would not expect from such a highly sought figure. He's a celebrity who made a difference in the lives of one family. He can now die knowing that he made a difference. chek out article from Sydney Morning Harold.

As reported by the Sydney Morning Harold.

March 19, 2008 - 11:51AM
Simon Cowell has paid off the mortgage of the parents of a cancer-stricken girl.

The British music mogul - dubbed 'Mr Nasty' for his jibes as a judge on singing contest American Idol - wrote US couple Amy and Randy Stoen a cheque for $162,000 to help them cope with their three-year-old child Madelaine's illness.

Cowell, who announced his good deed on Oprah Winfrey's new show Oprah's Big Give said: "I never knew that doing good could feel so good.

"It doesn't stop here. If there's any problem, I'm her guardian angel now."

In January, Madelaine was diagnosed with alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma, a rare and aggressive form of cancer, after her parents found a cyst inside her nose.

The cancer has since spread to the left side of her face, and Amy and Randy have to travel 100 miles to Saint Mary's Hospital in Minnesota each day for Madeleine to receive chemotherapy treatment.

It was recently revealed Cowell - who is believed to be worth $200 million - will leave $180 million to charity in his will.

The 48-year-old star, who has no children, will leave the mammoth sum to a selection of organisations helping children and animals.

PACQUIAO ROCKS MARQUEZ'S WORLD

The Filipino great brown hope Manny Pacquiao proved why he is the best thing to come out of the Philippines. Saturday night in Las Vegas' Madalay Bay hotel he worked hard to claim the super featherweight fighter from Juan Manuel Marquez.

Round for round they went at it. Trading wins per round, both wounded, Marquez more severe than Pacquiao with a huge gash on his right eye lid. Marquez showing why he was the Champion fought ferociously to the end. But eventually Marquez could not match the knock down that Pacquiao's left hook gave him in the 3rd round which decided the split decision to go to Pacquiao. Therefore claiming the championship belt from Marquez.

Pacquiao has been the biggest name to come out of the Philippines in the last few years. Finally the Filipinos have a true FULL Filipino to come out of the Philippines and make a big name for himself in an otherwise black and white American entertainment industry. I was getting tired of the half Filipinos like actor Rob Schneider, singer Enrique Iglesias, WWE wrestler Batista and hiphop artist Apl from the Black Eyed Peas representing the Filipinos (I mean I thank them for representing, but...). I don't count them as Pinoys. They look nothing like Pinoys, they all look like whatever other half they are. Pacquiao is the true representation of a true Pinoy. He's what the true common Pinoy looks like. So big ups to the little big Pinoy Manny Pacquiao!
