BET AWARDS OR THE "BLACK POWER" AWARDS

I never did like the BET Awards, mainly because back in the 90's the award show was so ghetto that rappers would actually get into confrontations during the airing of the show. The most infamous was during the West Coast & East Coast rap wars, when Snoop Dogg came out firing and spitting fuel to already tense atmosphere. Well all know what came out of the feuds...two of the most talented rappers dead. Tupac and Biggie. Ever since they I view BET as dirty as a strip joint. No matter how classy they try to be, they're still ghetto to me. And with the black this and black that comments these artists blurt out on this award show because they know they can. Any other award show they're on check.

One of the comments this year came from an obviously tipsy Sean "Diddy" Combs, he blurts out "To our blackness, black is beautiful baby, yea!" You know he wouldn't say that during an MTV award show, Kanye would. But anyhow I just thought that was funny comment for him to make. Considering he's the only black person who loves nothing more than to wear white. He's hosted a few "All white" parties in the Hampton's. If black is so beautiful why doesn't he wear more of it?

Then there's the what now seems to be politically driven Alicia Keyes with her quote and Obama support at the end of her speech. Oh let's not forget her comment in the beginning of her speech, where she made a comment about how everyone wants to be us (I can only imagine that means everyone wants to be black?). They only time I want to be black is during football season.

Diddy and Alicia were straight campaigning for Obama. Watch when it gets closer to the elections Diddy will be front and center with his "Vote Obama or Die!" I'd rather die. Obama would be as bad as Bush. No experience. But he'll have ALL the black entertainers on his side. They're going to push for the first black president. They want to break the mold of white presidents so badly. Whatever...it's all a gimmick, Obama is a gimmick.

Back to the show, it's all about black this and black that at these BET Awards. 400+ years of slavery remember? They never let you forget. They are so oppressed still...you know they've got natural ability to play sports and make millions doing it and they have this hip-hop enterprise locked down to where they're making millions off selling their brands...but they still complain. I wish us Asian guys could get into sports or the hip-hop front stage with ease and make millions. No we have to go through endless schooling to become boring a$$ engineers or postal workers. This show should be called the "Black Power" Awards cause that's the underlining message I get from watching this show. "We're great, your not!"

OFFICER "DIP SHIT" AARON MANSKER SUED BY FORMER CHARGERS LB STEVE FOLEY

Almost two years ago Officer "Shit for brains" Aaron Mansker ended the playing career of chargers fierce linebacker Steve Foley. Mansker who has been known to follow suspected drunk drivers as a vendetta towards them because a drunk driver took the life of his own father followed Foley to his Poway home where he confronted Foley and shot him several times...causing serious injuries that resulted in the abrupt end of his playing career.

Then flawed San Diego justice system found Mansker not guilty of negligence or attempted murder in the shooting of Foley and instead placed arrested Foley and gave him 5 years probation for drunk driving...nice system we got here. So now Foley is suing the City of Coronado and Officer Dip Shit for lost earnings, pain and suffering, and medical costs.

Officer Dingle Berry uses the "He was reaching for his waist band for a gun" excuse, of course there was no gun, during his testimony the other day on the civil trial.

Foley still has some issues walking due to his injuries, not to mention the restless nights he says he has because of the incident. His frustration of not being able to play football again also lingers in the back of his mind.

If I ever see this dip shit around town, I'd make sure to spit in his face or throw a drink on him. But I'll make sure to ask if he's off duty first. This Officer Pencil Dick (No.2) needs to pay for what he did. For his stupid Charles Bronson act of vendetta that cost the career of an amazing football player. If I were Foley I'd want to rip his freaking head off. I'd want him on the field with no gear on and blast him at full speed. He acted recklessly and selfishly. He disobeyed procedures outlined in the Police Officers hand book. He should be marked by every Charger fan in San Diego.

You see him around town, you taunt him, call him names, degrade him, call him the pig that he is. Call him the racist in front of a crowd. Say he hates black people. Make his life a living hell. If you're any sort of Charger fan this is your home work. Let's drive this limp dick out of southern California.

Foley better win the civil suit. If he doesn't than you know the San Diego justice system was looking out for their own kind. I'd be more proof of how stupid our justice system is. By the end of this Foley should own all of Coronado.

DUNKIN' DONUTS PULLS RACHAEL RAY AD AFTER COMPLAINTS

By Mark Jewell
(with comments by the Mexican Wrestler)

BOSTON (AP) — Dunkin' Donuts has pulled an online advertisement featuring Rachael Ray after complaints that a fringed black-and-white scarf that the celebrity chef wore in the ad offers symbolic support for Muslim extremism and terrorism.

The coffee and baked goods chain said the ad that began appearing online May 7 was pulled over the past weekend because "the possibility of misperception detracted from its original intention to promote our iced coffee."

In the spot, Ray holds an iced coffee while standing in front of trees with pink blossoms.

Critics, including conservative commentator Michelle Malkin, complained that the scarf wrapped around her looked like a kaffiyeh, the traditional Arab headdress. Critics who fueled online complaints about the ad in blogs say such scarves have come to symbolize Muslim extremism and terrorism.

The kaffiyeh, Malkin wrote in a column posted online last Friday, "has come to symbolize murderous Palestinian jihad. Popularized by Yasser Arafat and a regular adornment of Muslim terrorists appearing in beheading and hostage-taking videos, the apparel has been mainstreamed by both ignorant (and not-so-ignorant) fashion designers, celebrities, and left-wing icons."

A statement issued Wednesday by Canton, Mass.-based Dunkin' Brands Inc., however, said the scarf had a paisley design, and was selected by a stylist for the advertising shoot.

"Absolutely no symbolism was intended," the company said.

Dunkin' spokeswoman Michelle King said the ad appeared on the chain's Web site, as well as other commercial sites.

Amahl Bishara, an anthropology lecturer at the University of Chicago who specializes in media matters relating to the Middle East, said complaints about the scarf's use in the ad demonstrate misunderstandings of Arab culture and the multiple meanings that symbols can take on depending on someone's perspective.

"I think that a right-wing blogger making an association between a kaffiyeh and terrorism is just an example of how so much of the complexity of Arab culture has been reduced to a very narrow vision of the Arab world on the part of some people in the U.S.," Bishara said in a phone interview. "Kaffiyehs are worn every day on the street by Palestinians and other people in the Middle East — by people going to work, going to school, taking care of their families, and just trying to keep warm."

While some extremists and terrorists may wear kaffiyehs, "To reduce their meaning to support for terrorism has a tacit racist tone to it," Bishara said.

Malkin, in a posting following up on last week's column, said of Dunkin's decision to pull the ad, "It's refreshing to see an American company show sensitivity to the concerns of Americans opposed to Islamic jihad and its apologists.

"Ray, host of the Food Network television program "30 Minute Meals" as well as a syndicated daytime talk show, began appearing in ads for Dunkin' Donuts in March 2007. When Dunkin' announced the partnership, it said Ray would be featured in TV, print, radio and online spots in a campaign running through 2010.

What have we come to, people? Who the hell are we kidding? A SCARF!!!!????What the hell is next? We (the Gov't) allow muslims to wear their headgear, but Dunkin Donuts has to pull an ad because Rachel wears a scarf and a conservative complains (with lack of intelligence)...

By goodness... GET A GRIP AMERICA!!!

WILL TIBET EVER BE FREE? IT HASN'T BEEN FOR 700 YEARS

These two white guys got balls. You do not want to be arrested in China. Give it up to you white people. Always fighting other peoples fights. Always the first to the protest and always the last to leave. It's the passion thing again.

Oh I bet the Olympic committee is kicking themselves in the a$$ about this years summer Olympics, to be held in China. China known for it's vast amount of bootleg and hacked items has a darker side to it's entity. They are also known for their governments strict and unjust laws. Also lets not forget their long fight with Tibet.

With the Olympic games in few short months protesters are out in full force boycotting the torch relays around the world. The only North American run in San Francisco was a widely discussed topic this past week. "FREE TIBET!" was the common slogan found on protesters signs.

Tibet has been trying to become free since it was conquered first by the Mongol Empire 700 years ago. Will it ever be free? I don't think so. China rules with an iron hand. I mean the great Brad Pitt tried a few years back. Now he won't even talk about it. He's on to easier things to change/help, like Africa. China will never give up Tibet or any of it's property. So in hine sight. Just give up people.

Oh I know a few that are gonna get on my case about the end of that last paragraph. Sometimes there just isn't a light at the end of the tunnel. Am I a cold heartless individual? No, I'm a realist. I don't cloud my mind with religious hopes and dreams otherwise known as crap. I see things for what they really are. So with that I see no end to China's rule over Tibet. The WHOLE world would have to wage war on China to free Tibet and even with that, I think China will fight to the end. And you wanna know why? Chinese are full of pride and are very stubborn.

LARRY KING MURDERED FOR BEING GAY

This is a perfect example when kids have stupid parents as role models. Brandon McInerney appjarently has parents like that, McInerney ended the life of fellow student Larry King on Feb. 12th by putting a gun to Larry's head in the computer lab and pulling the trigger. Why? Because Larry was gay. Because Larry was brave enough at a young age to come out of the closet, in fact he never stepped into one. He was mature enough to realize that he is proud to be who he is. Inspite of all the name calling and harrassment he endured in school he still kept held his head up high and proud. That was one brave kid, he would have done great things in life. Brandon on the other hand is not a brave kid. He is a coward and he is not gay, but his ass will be served up in jail for the rest of his life.

Grade school is the most brutal experience you go through in life. Kids are punks and harrassment is a daily occurance. Hate is everywhere. Kids hate you because of the color of your skin, the way you dress, or who you hang around with. Most gay people wait til they are out of school entirely (including college) before coming out. It's just to dangerous. Larry knew that but yet he still came out in the open.

Brandon McInerney will charged as an adult for murder and a hate crime. Will he face a death penalty? I don't know, I'm not a lawyer, but I sure hope he does. And what has his parents said about the situation? Have they released a statement? I haven't seen any statement made from Brandon's side expressing any sympathy, so I assume they don't feel like Larry is the victim...stupid parents? Yep.

2008 NEW YEARS RESOLUTION

Don't ask why I put this image up for this article. The image just came up when I was searching for new year's images.

Anyhow yes the new year is here and it's time for most of us to start writing down our goals and resolutions for this year.

Most will write down that they will loose some weight this year and get in the gym more often. Crap if you ask me.

As for myself my only resolution is to be meaner and more aggressive. To not let people step on me. Take advantage of my kindness. In fact the goal is for me to bully people around, instead of the other way around. Which may lead to physical fights and confrontations...which is something I'd look forward to. So I guess I should get in the gym more than huh? Yea bitches don't f*ck with this Glock (well technically I'm still saving up to purchase it) wielding Asian. Remember VT bitches! What have you learned from that event? Don't piss off an Asian that's what! Anyways, yep thas about it...happy new year to you all! I know, it's a bit late...Asian time!

ASIAN TOP CHEF

HAiDER:
I've been watching the Top Chef since it's second season, it's just wrapped up it's third season and in each season I believe it's been a male dominated winners circle. But this third season it's been really special, for the Asian community. The show featured a very talented and confident chef by the name of Hung Huynh. Who dominated every week with his perfectly executed meals. He didn't win a lot of challenges but was the only one that the judges could count on week after week to deliver an excellent meal. Why he didn't win every challenge is unknown to me. But he did win the grand prize at the end. And I don't think that sat well with American public.

They wanted the all American girl Casey to win. Who I thought was the most knowledgable but clearly not most technical chef out there. She didn't deserve to win. During the final show a poll went out to see who America wanted to win. I believe it was something like 58% of America wanted Casey to win, 25% wanted Dale to win, and only 17% wanted Hung to win. Luckily the decision isn't left out for the American public to decide, because we all know how dumb the public is when it comes to voting...Bush...enuff said.

As big of an a$$hole Hung was, he was clearly the best chef of this season. Chalk one up for the Asian brother!
