Details about the murder have not yet come forth. Terrell is being processed in a neighboring town because afford any basis because his mother was a County sheriff's deputy. Unfortunately the death penalty can not be pursued due to his age.
Deleston brought a paternity suit against Juvenile in 2004, claiming he was Jelani's father, Gwinnett County court records show. Both parties later agreed the rapper was the father and he had been making regular child support payments, according to his manager Aubrey Francis.
Francis says the rapper, 32, is still trying to cope with the losses.
