PAULA NOT BAD FOR AN OLD CHICK?

Most of us grew up with Paula Abdul back in the 80's. She was in her 20's then, now she's in her mid 40's. I'd say she's aged pretty well.

Especially since American Idol has it's crew of make up artists to keep her looking good. Most people her age give in and become what they are, old. Others fight to stay young and intouch with the step with the fast pace trends of the youth movement.

If Paula had kids I think she would be considered a MILF. Salma Hayek is around Paula's age and she's got a kid now. So I guess that would mean she's a MILF. Nice.

But I think for an old chick Paula's definitely held up well.
